Description
Laboratory and pilot plant dissolver with high torque
Due to its electric height adjustable stand the DISPERMAT® CN is an easy to use dissolver for laboratory and pilot plant operation. The most powerful version with 7.5 kW motor is suitable even for small production applications. The compact and robust stands contain a safety device according to the EC machine directive 2006/42/EC as standard. The central container clamping system allows for a particularly simple handling. The container is placed between the clamping arms and it is centrally clamped in place.
The safety device according to the 2006/42/ EC Machine Directive provides that the motor should be switched off whenever the dispersion tool is outside the dispersion container. The corresponding switching points are directly entered via the membrane keyboard. Setting is very simple: Press the keys for the electrical height adjustment to approach the desired switching positions and press the H1 or H2 keys to save them. When the rotating dissolver disc reaches position H1, the lifting motor and the dissolver motor are deactivated. When the rotating dissolver disc reaches position H2, the lifting motor is deactivated. Furthermore, the actual height HA of the dissolver disc is permanently and digitally displayed. The distance between the container bottom and the dissolver disc (0.25 D - 0.5 D) can be set precisely and reproducibly to achieve an optimum doughnut effect.
