High-grade DISPERMAT® SCVA4 vacuum dissolver with a powerful scraper
The DISPERMAT® SCVA4 production vacuum dissolver is equipped with a powerful vacuum system. The vacuum system is suitable for dispersing high viscosity products under vacuum. This prevents air inclusions during production. The DISPERMAT® SCVA4 dissolver is a multipurpose production disperser for product quantities from 30 to 600 liters. The dissolver is available for container sizes of up to 750 liters.

In order to guarantee a perfect dispersion or grinding process even with very high viscosity and non-flowing substances, very often a scraper system is absolutely essential. The integrated spring pressure presses the scraper arm against the inner wall of the container and therefore ensures that the product is reliably conveyed over and over again towards the container center. The exchangeable scraper arms enable the flexible use for different container sizes.

The stable cover of the DISPERMAT® SCVA4 enables easy height adjustment of the shaft even during dispersion. The cover rests securely on the container edge during the dispersion process. Height adjustment of the dispersion tool is also possible under vacuum. The cover is equipped with a product feed system as a standard. Various options, such as LED lighting, a PT100 temperature sensor, a Liquiphant level switch (also in ATEX), or sight glasses and various filling funnels are available for the container cover.

The DISPERMAT® SCVA4 has an innovative telescopic stand with integrated electrical height adjustment. The compact machine can be anchored directly to an industrial floor. The appropriate stand foot is available as an option. A convenient groove system on the outside of the column. Thanks to it, various accessory systems can be easily and securely attached to the DISPERMAT® SCVA4.
