Description
Explosion-proof dissolver for reproducible dispersions in the laboratory, pilot plant and production
The DISPERMAT® AE-M-EX and AE-C-EX are explosion‒proof laboratory and pilot plant dispersers for use in hazardous areas applications. In these dissolvers the motor, the control system, the electric height adjustment and the complete safety device are all explosion‒proof. The enclosure with built‒in electronics is not explosion‒proof and must be installed in a suitable safe area. The motors are three‒phase (EEx d II B T3 ignition protection) which allow a smooth start from zero; the speed is infinitely variable due to the use of advanced frequency converters. During the motor operation the generated heat is dissipated either through the surface of the motor or via an external fan; this will ensure a low‒noise operation.
WINDISP© 7 software
The optional WINDISP© 7 PC‒software can be used to record and log the experimental dispersion data. A bidirectional interface allows WINDISP© 7 to control certain functions of the dissolver, for example dispersing at a specific temperature by regulating the dissolver speed. Additional functions include curve overlay for data comparison, event marker, a data base and data export to EXCEL.

High-quality glass front with a large colour display and an integrated, solvent-resistant, backlit membrane keypad.
Colour display
Extra-large colour display with indication of speed, torque, power input, product temperature, timer, peripheral speed, height of dispersing tool, status bar with safety indicators, working heights, operating modes, etc.
Timer
Timer function with display of the pre‒selected time as well as the elapsed time. Timer‒controlled switch over to second speed.
DISPERSAFE®
