Innovation made in Germany: Convert the DISPERMAT® dissolver into a vacuum dissolver, a homogenizer, a bead mill, a basket mill and a dissolver for very high viscosity and non-flowing substances

In combination with a DISPERMAT® laboratory dissolver the modular milling system APS is working as a closed batch bead mill. On completion of the dispersion process, the sieve sealing plug is removed and the milling container is discharged with the assistance of compressed air. Optional: Vacuum, pressure, ceramic and nano version	The modular basket mill TML is an extremely efficient grinding system where a grinding basket is lowered into the mill base for dispersion. A convenient product change and cleaning is achieved with the basket mill TML. Optional: Vacuum, ceramic and nano version	The modular vacuum dispersion system enables the dispersion process to be carried out in single or double walled containers under vacuum. After pre-mixing the glass cover is lowered into place and the dispersion starts under vacuum. Optional: Single or double walled container holder	The modular and bearing free SR rotor-stator system is a dispersion system for batch processing low viscosity products. It provides input of mechanical energy in a very concentrated area. With the scraper system ASC the firmly clamped container is rotating and the scraper arm stands still.	In order to guarantee a perfect dispersion even with very high viscosity and non-flowing substances, very often a scraper system is absolutely essential. With the scraper system ASC the firmly clamped container is rotating and the scraper arm stands still.
