Product volumes are based on medium viscosity. The actual volume may differ depending on the flow behaviour of the product. All instruments can be supplied with different working voltages.
Extremely quiet laboratory and pilot plant dissolver with high torque
The DISPERMAT® CA is a compact dissolver. It easy to handle and has an electrical height adjustment. The motor is convection cooled and is extremely quiet during operation. The high speed motor develops high torque even when running at low speed. The DISPERMAT® CA can be used as a dissolver as well as a vertical bead mill. All DISPERMAT® CA can be supplied either with the M- or the C-control for process control.

Accessories for the dissolver DISPERMAT® CA
Modular dispersion and milling systems
Innovation made in Germany: Convert the DISPERMAT® dissolver into a vacuum dissolver, a homogenizer, a closed vertical bead mill, a closed vertical basket mill and a dissolver for very high viscosity and non-flowing substances.
For the use of particular small beads the milling system APS and the basket mill TML are available in nano design, in ceramic version (in SiSiC or ZrO2) and for operations under vacuum. The milling system APS is also available for pressurized operations. In order to guarantee a perfect dispersion even with very high viscosity substances the milling system TML can be combined with the scraper ASC.
