Product volumes are based on medium viscosity. The actual volume may differ depending on the flow behaviour of the product. All instruments can be supplied with different working voltages.
This DISPERMAT® VE is unique due to the fact that vacuum operation can be executed with any container, not necessarily with a vacuum container. Thus, the containers can be single or double walled and it is also possible without any problem to use thin-walled disposable containers. The vacuum dissolver DISPERMAT® VE mainly consists of:
A cube shaped vacuum tight base unit with large slewable door and horizontal drawout bottom for container receptacle and an integrated clamping system.
A driving unit with vacuum tight and a dispersion shaft being adjustable even under vacuum operation
A control unit
The dispersion process with the vacuum dissolver DISPERMAT® VE
1. Dispersing in a cube shaped vacuum tight base unit
The container filled with dispersing product is placed on the horizontal draw-out, easy accessible bottom made of stainless steel. Engraved marks at the stainless steel bottom make it easier to place the container centrically. Then the container is fixed by a tightening strap; the complete container clamping system is easily moveable by means of polished and hardchrome plated rods in order to clamp containers with different diameters centrically and safe. After fixing the container the stainless steel bottom is pushed in the cube shaped vacuum tight base unit by means of roller bars; at the same time the dissolver disc is placed above the container.
2. Vacuum dissolver with viewing glass, lamp and product addition opening
The vacuum system with the vacuum tight door is closed. Through the lock-up inlet opening liquid or solid components can be added while the dissolver disc is running. After locking the inlet opening, the system can be evacuated by means of a separate vacuum pump. For visual inspection of the dispersion or air relief process the DISPERMAT® is equipped with a large viewing glass and lamp.

Scraper system for dispersing high viscosity substances
For highly viscous and non flowing substances, a scraper system can be added to the DISPERMAT® VE vacuum dissolver. The scraper arm can be changed very easily when changing the container.
