DISPERMAT® FM-control Comparison of controls

DISPERMAT® FM is a dissolver for laboratory and pilot plant applications.The compact drive unit not only contains the strong three phase motor and separately driven low noise ventilation, but also has the power electronics built into the motor. A separate electronics enclosure is not required. The DISPERMAT® FM can be connected directly to the power supply. The speed can be adjusted according to the scale on the control box.

DISPERMAT® FM is fitted with the safety device as a standard. The central clamping system – part of the safety device – makes it safe and simple to hold the dispersion container securely in position. The container is placed on the laboratory bench between the clamping arms and is automatically centered as the arms are tightened. The heavy-duty stand is coated with acid-resistant paint. The stand shaft is ground hardchrome steel. The motor can easily be moved vertically by means of a counterweight and chain drive. The DISPERMAT® is fitted with the FM-control offering infinitely variable speed adjustment.

The dissolver DISPERMAT® FM is fitted with the stand H2G. For information about the safety device move the mouse to the red points 1-4 in the picture. The DISPERMAT® FM is also available without safety device for use outside of the EU.
